30-day returns

Not grinning? You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

What can be returned

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them, with any tags and original packaging.
• Because masks and other face coverings are worn on the face, items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty.
• Gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at alexkajajyan@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without asking us first will not be accepted.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of return shipping unless we sent you the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, including any discount, and original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

The fastest way to swap an item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the one you want.
